Overbuilding in Clarksville, TN?

Is Clarksville overbuilt? Some may say, ‘No Way!’ But, with the recent heavy deluge, many subdivisions were flooded and homes were destroyed or sustained major water damage. Where were the subdivision restrictions? Let’s face it, for years folks have said that many areas of Clarksville are overbuilt, built in sink hole areas, specs not properly approved for the areas. Anyway, building may go on as as, but homeowners should know they MAY BE LIVING in flood zones. At least one prominent Clarksville lawmaker had their home badly damaged in the recent heavy rain storm. What do you think?
