Paris Landing Swimming Pool CLOSED for Summer of 2021 Season!

Paris Landing State Park Swimming pool is closed now — it is March, of course, BUT IT will NOT open for the summer of 2021. The state park system is closing all public swimming pools this summer. Paris Landing is just one of them.

Tennessee State Parks are closing public swimming pools at state parks for the 2021 summer season. This impacts public pools at the following parks:

  • Booker T. Washington
  • Cedars of Lebanon
  • Cove Lake
  • Cumberland Mountain
  • David Crockett
  • David Crockett Birthplace
  • Fall Creek Falls
  • Harrison Bay
  • Henry Horton
  • Norris Dam
  • Panther Creek
  • Paris Landing
  • Roan Mountain
  • Standing Stone
  • Tims Ford
  • T.O. Fuller
  • Warriors’ Path

The uncertainty surrounding vaccination schedules and the continuing threat of COVID as a public health concern necessitated the decision to keep these facilities closed in the interest of public health and staff safety. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Tennessee State Parks still offer a wide range of water-based recreation. Boatingfishing and paddling are always popular summer activities. Many Tennessee State Parks even have places to splash and wade at approved spots on the shorelines of lakes and rivers.
