Well, it’s former Tennessee Governor Winfield Dunn!
I was at an event in Nashville in recent years and I looked around and there was former Tennessee Governor Winfield Dunn. So I took several photos.
I have met the former governor on several occasions and he did not seem to mind the pictures.
