The Carlisle Crow of Stewart County, Tennessee certainly gets around. This crow can probably be seen right now in a garden near you. I actually think crows and ravens are especially beautiful birds. They have a very distinctive ‘caw’ and I have seen gardeners, including my father, go absolutely bonkers trying to keep them away from seed corn in a garden or away from other seed. They are smart birds and very territorial. I have heard they can remember the faces of individual humans and I do not find this hard to believe. Yes, the Carlisle Crow gets around.
