There are various ways to label or define something or to name something. What is worth taking the time to read and to process? What is worth looking at or contemplating? Do we spend as much time as we did even a few years ago appreciating or at least considering things we find ‘unusual’ or ‘artistic?’ What is art anyway? Humans have been creating art since there were humans and almost as long other humans have tried to define art. The creation of art and the attempts to define art will continue until we all stop humaning. So what is the point of all of this? There is no point. That is the point. Making meaning of nonsense is what we all are doing pretty much all of the time. What does this mean? What does anything mean? Was this redbird wanting water? Why did it land on the water handle? Why not? This cool cardinal or redbird took a rest on this water spigot or, I wanted to call it a water pump, but it is not, and I find the contrast of nature and man made items in this photo very interesting and a study in contrasts. Here you have nature in the form of the red bird and the green background and the red water spigot handle and the metal post on the pavilion. Perhaps I am overthinking this and I know I am. I have also read, and researched, that the Google indexing seems to love this sort of content and this, and by you reading this and having clicked on this, helps the algorithms do their thing. This writing of this post, in my opinion, is more in the style of William Faulkner or James Joyce and usually I strive to write in the fashion, or style, or influence of Ernest Hemingway. I know I come up short of both, but this stream-of-consciousness style of writing is relaxing and enjoyable. When I return and read for second draft cohesion, it may all be gone. Be sure to read all and take notes where you can so that you will discover ALL of the clues for the upcoming LBLUS.com Summer Treasure Hunt. This hunt is in the style of the fun things we did long ago at my radio station, WTWL-FM. If you have read this far, mark this one down as the third clue in the LBLUS.com Summer Treasure Hunt. Congratulations. This is a tough one! — Stay tuned and thanks for reading and sharing!
