As there is a covenant between God and all living creatures on the earth, there is a covenant between the United States government and all living creatures, past, present and future, of the Land Between the Lakes. We pray this and these covenants are upheld. We know and believe the covenant between God and man will be upheld. The covenant between the US Government and all of us who love LBL; ummm, I am not so sure on that one. We have had to battle to secure that covenant and hope the government will do its job and properly fund and allocate that funding for the continued operation and preservation of Land Between the Lakes.

Genesis 9:13-16
13 “I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth. 14 Whenever I bring clouds over the earth and the rainbow appears in the clouds, 15 I will remember my covenant between me and you and all living creatures of every kind. Never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all life. 16 Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and all living creatures of every kind on the earth.”
