This photo simply does not do justice to just how large this building is in actuality. This is the main building in Buchanan, Tennessee.
This is the old Buchanan General Store and at one time it was the center of commerce and socialization for miles and miles around! This building was a huge enterprise in its day and served Buchanan and the surrounding communities. It also served as the venue for many community and civic events and pageants.
This is a great old building. I sure would like to see if there is any way possible to save it; but this thing is huge!
