Dragonfire Fly sparks summer in and around the Land Between the Lakes area! You don’t have to search too hard in the summertime to find a Dragonfly. However, finding one that will stay still long enough to photograph proves hard at times.
I chased this little Dragonfly all around the picnic area of Paris Landing State Park in Henry County, Tennessee before it finally landed long enough for me to shoot just a very few shots.
Once I got the initial shot, it was a great deal of creative fun to put some artistic artPic touches on the photos and see just how much the photographs could morph into what I think is at least an attempt at LBL art.
