DESCRIPTION
Join the park staff on Saturday, June 26, as we share the stories of Battle of Fort Donelson, the sacrifice of the Civil War soldiers, and the eventual trials the Confederates faced as prisoners-of-war.
Consistent with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, the historic site is limited to a reduced capacity of persons at this time. Our program will be held under the shade tree, just outside the building. Bring your lawn chair, insect repellant, and water to enjoy the short interpretive talk. Don’t forget to also bring your enthusiasm and questions for the Park Ranger too!
