You must admit, this fire flowers photo is pretty neat. It was a bright moon and beautiful flowers and the angle was, I think, perfect or about so and the fire just literally came out of the flowers. It was a sight to behold and still is. I have looked for another similar shot as this and so far have come up wanting.
With the hot, dry spell we are having right now I have gone through and looked at postings on LBLUS.com that have to do with the sun and the moon in the Land Between the Lakes area.
You have to catch the lighting just right for your photographic efforts to reflect what you are seeing in your mind’s eye. I could see this photo and fortunately my camera was able to capture much of the fire flowers image that I was seeing in the yard.
Taking photos of flowers, plants and animals in the LBL area is one of my favorite ways to relax and enjoy the world in the Land Between the Lakes area. Flowers are a spirit unto themselves.
